Step 1: Meet your consultant
At AIM, you'll have your very own consultant to deal with all of your investment needs. We'll set up an initial meeting to discuss your goals, and then work with you on a strategy that suits your budget. We'll discuss funding options, and your 'exit strategy'.
Step 2: Arrange financial backing
In step 2, we'll arrange for you to meet our financial advisers and accountants, to set up the appropriate funding and support framework for your investment strategy.
Step 3: Review properties for sale
In step 3, we'll report to your regularly on the best properties available, including ratings like risk and profitability, to help you make a confident decision. There's no oblilgation to buy any property – you can just bide your time until something comes up that suits you.
Step 4: Purchase a property
Our investments are sold on a first-come-first-served basis, so once you've found that ideal property, you can reserve it immediately on the website. Once everything's gone through, you'll be collecting rent from day one, and you'll have taken the first steps to financial freedom.
Step 5: Exit
Many of our investors are in property for the long term, so your exit point could be some time away. It's essential to plan your exit, however, and to keep an eye out for changes in the marketplace that might prompt you to sell to maximise your profits.
