Maintenance in tenanted properties is inevitable. Our maintanence guarantee offers peace of mind for investors looking to avoid unexpected bills for ongoing repairs to white goods, heating and water systems for the period of guarantee.

Rental Guarantee
We offer a guaranteed rental for your property, to give you complete peace of mind that your investment will continue to bring in an income. We will pay the rent if the tenant leaves.
A free rental guarantee is available through our insurers – the cover on offer is for 100% of the tenancy whereas insurance companies have excess periods.
